Intelligent rotary coupling: The VNM slip ring is an electromechanical device that transmits power, signals and data between the stationary and rotating parts of the VNM direct drive, thus ensuring smooth and reliable performance. Perfectly integrated with VNM Quick Release: The signal path is clear and efficient: Steering wheel → VNM Quick Release → VNM slip ring → PC. Optimized for steering wheels without a screen: Offers stable operation. Steering wheels with a display may occasionally experience connection interruptions – an area that VNM is continuously improving. Practical design: Uses the front USB Type-C port of the Direct Drive, which is routed to the rear port, making installation simple and straightforward. Improved racing experience: Focus entirely on the race without having to worry about tangled cables or interruptions. Important information before buying NM Slipring works best with non-USB high-speed steering wheels operating at 480 MHz (e.g., VoCore displays may experience connection interruptions). It is designed to use the USB Type-C port of the slip ring for direct connection of the steering wheel to the PC. Customers should carefully consider these factors before making a purchase. The optimal thickness of the front panel mounting is a maximum of 10 mm.
